Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: October 10, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing apwhiteboard.org (the "Site") or registering for a demo class, course, or updates, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

AP Whiteboard is currently operated as an individual online tutoring business based in Europe and is not a registered corporate entity, anywhere.

2. About Our Service

AP Whiteboard provides live, online tutoring for Advanced Placement (AP) exams, SAT Math, American and Canadian high school courses. AP® is a trademark registered and owned by the College Board, which is not affiliated with and does not endorse AP Whiteboard.

3. Eligibility and Parental Consent

Our services are intended for high school students. If you are under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf, and must be involved in the registration process.

4. Registration

When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Group registrations require accurate information for each individual student in the group. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a registration if the information provided is false or incomplete.

5. Scheduling

Start dates, end dates, class frequency, and duration selected or provided during registration are provisional and subject to confirmation based on tutor availability. We will contact you to confirm final scheduling details.

6. Payment

Payment instructions will be provided to you separately after you register, through the contact details you provide. Continued enrollment is subject to timely payment as communicated to you. We reserve the right to update our accepted payment methods at any time.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Before payment is made, you may cancel your registration at any time at no cost.

Once payment has been processed, you may cancel your registration within 24 hours of registering for a 50% refund. Cancellations requested after this 24-hour window are still accepted, but are not eligible for a refund.

Requests to cancel a registration or discuss a refund should be sent to info@apwhiteboard.org.

8. Free Demo Classes

Free demo classes are offered subject to availability and do not obligate you to register for a paid course.

9. Code of Conduct

A student engaging in any unethical, immoral, racist, sexist, or otherwise non-educational discussion or conduct will lose their registration immediately, without further explanation or clarification, except where the tutor requests a review. In that case, a disciplinary committee will examine the matter and reach a decision within 3 days of the review request.

If the student is found guilty following this review, they will be permanently banned from apwhiteboard.org.

10. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided as part of our tutoring services are for your personal, educational use only and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without our prior written permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
